    class at a time convenient to you.   Price varies depending on location.

    Individual Yoga and Coaching Sessions
    Designed to enhance  Wellness Coaching with the powerful
    techniques of Kundalini Yoga.  The yoga and meditation is
    customized to help you break through barriers, support you with
    achieving your goals, helping you to overcome negative habits and
    encouraging you to develop a 'Sadhana' daily yoga/meditation  
    practice.  
    $90.00 - 90 minutes

    Workplace Wellness

    Lunch Time 60-75 minute Yoga Classes or other times can be
    arranged for your specific needs.  Classes are suitable for all fitness
    levels and include centering, warm ups, a specific Yoga Set, Deep
    Relaxation and Meditation.   Prices vary depending on location and
    number of participants.  
    $60.00 minimum charge.

    Take a Breath 30 minute Session focusing on techniques to help you
    feel energized, calm and ready to take on your day.  These sessions
    can be over a lunch break or before important meetings, and do not
    require any special equipment.  You just need chairs and office space.
    Prices vary depending on location and number of participants.
    $45.00 minimum charge.  Discount for 2 back to back 30 min
    sessions.
