The last 50 years have brought great change into the Workplace.  
From manual typewriters to technology that can get information at the
push of a button.  We are using our left brain constantly to compute,
analyze and learn new things.  Everyone wants results now, and multi
tasking has become the norm.  During these years we have been
promised that every new gadget will bring more efficiency, less paper
and more time for us, but more people than ever are suffering from
stress, depression and addiction, and many report they have less
time than ever!
With this age of technology we are
doing much more than being.  
We need the time to 'collect our thoughts' using our right brain
function to stimulate our insights and ideas, relax, feel our emotions,
'see the whole picture' and integrate new awareness.  When we allow
ourselves this time to 'listen' we can be much more efficient at work
and in all aspects of our lives.
Workplace Yoga, Meditation and Breathing can lower feelings of
Stress, giving an opportunity to relax and enjoy just
being.

Take a Breath - 30 minute sessions are designed
for those with limited time.  Take a Breath focuses
on techniques to help you feel energized, calm and
ready to take on your day.  These sessions can be
over lunch or before important business meetings,
and do not require any special equipment.  You
just need office space and chairs.
Lunch 'n Learn Workshops or half day retreats
covering various topics such as:

Relax, Breathe, Meditate
Learn the power of breath using various
techniques that can be integrated into your life to
help manage stress and depression.  Explore
different Meditation techniques including Guided,
Silent, Breathing, Chanting as well as Meditations
for specific purposes such as breaking old
habits, healing, calming and more.

Creating Space for YOU
In our fast paced world it is essential to find that
quiet space within by creating sacred space at
home and at work.  Learn how you can integrate
this into your daily routine.

It's all about Balance
Is your wheel of life a bit lopsided?  Are you
putting everyone else first?  Come and gain a
sense of control and balance in your life, set
priorities and re-discover your dreams.
50 - 75 minute Yoga classes offered in the morning, lunch hour or
after work.  Classes include centering, warm ups, a specific Yoga set
++, Deep Relaxation and Meditation.

- Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
- Participants to supply their own mats
- Suitable open space or boardroom required
- Classes can be scheduled weekly, biweekly or 2 times per week

++ Yoga set varies for each class and focuses on different aspects of
wellness.  Some examples are:
