Private & Semi Private Classes Suitable for individuals who require specific guidance relative to their health needs or clients that feel more comfortable in a private setting or small group. Classes usually 60-75 minutes Private Yoga and Coaching Sessions Designed to combine Life Coaching with Yoga techniques to help you break through barriers, support you with achieving your goals, reduce stress, bring balance and harmony back into your life. These sessions are 90 minutes. |
Lunch Time 50 minute Yoga Classes or other times can be arranged for your specific needs. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Take a Breath 30 minute Session focusing on techniques to help you feel energized, calm and ready to take on your day. These sessions can be over a lunch break or before important meetings, and do not require any special equipment. You just need chairs and office space. |
