Insight to Wellness is dedicated to promoting healing and
wellness through an integrative approach, employing an array of
techniques, including the ancient philosophy and practice of yoga,
personal life coaching and wellness counselling.
Marie Chang, founder and chief practitioner at Insight to Wellness,
holds that optimal health is ideally attained when the principal
aspects of our being - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual -
are brought into balance.  A program of guided self discovery and
informed yoga instruction is designed to bring to the individual a
vibrant wellness and a more complete realization and fulfillment of
his or her inner potential.
